Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

good afternoon to all, i have a HP model 15-ay122cl and i need to run a recover, i tried the built in recovery options but i get into it an hour or so then get a incomplete error message. i tried different ways and came up with with same recovery manager restoration incomplete, the restoration did not complete i view details  and it shows c:\system.sav\tweaks\p2proc\800_proc_move_selectblk.cmd has started...move to c:\sw folders. i get several other stuff but it doesnt work. so i ordered the recovery USB and now i get a Error 0130-abl-abb which per research means wrong language. any ideas on how to trouble shoot?

anyone have a email to contact HP?

Hi:

Your notebook should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

Using another Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive, you can create a bootable recovery drive with the cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
