You need to install the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Client Driver from your notebook's support page for the operating system you are running.

 

I can't help you any more than that since you did not provide any information regarding the model number or product number of your notebook.

 

Different variations of the driver are used depending on the notebook's processor and chipset model.
