Product: elitebook revolve 810
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, my keyboard of my notebook isn't working. When I type,  the mouse goes back to left. Also when I'm watching a movie, after some time the movie goes back to the start of the movie. I did a problem shooting and I find that the base system device is missing and also the hs2350 mobile broadband missing.  Can somebody please help me and send me the right link for the download? 

 

I'm not sure if windows 10 has 32 or 64 bits.  I think I have the revolve 810 g2,  I'm not sure, tried to find it behind the battery, but it doesn't say g1, g2 or g3. I can turn the screen and it's touch screen.
