Example: Pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My daughter's 5 month old laptop suddenly had a blue screen and froze several times. HP support told me to reset various things, but no joy. After two or three attempts at fixing it, the laptop was sent back to them and checked, but they said they found no issues and returned it to us last weekend.

Within one day of getting it back, the laptop had the blue screen, restarted itself, then froze again. HP support told me to do a cloud recovery last night. I had to go and buy the right size of USB for this today, then tried to do it and got an invalid message. I'm still waiting on Support replying to my latest message.

I spent a lot of money on this as my daughter has just started at Uni and needs a reliable laptop for online lectures, so this is a real problem. Five months in, and after paying for a 3-year support pack, I feel like I'm getting nowhere. I'm not techy so just follow their instructions but I don't know what the problem is.
