Product: HP Notebook 14s-dq1505sa

I recently spilt water on my laptop but cleaned it immediately. It was out of charge then. I then began to charge it and then everytime I turned it on after that it turned on, allowed me to login and then glitched back to my homepage and then turned off. This has happened 4 times now. How do I get it to stop doing this?
