Product: 4AQ30EA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

tried to load new software today and it failed the laptop then went into recovery program and diagnostics, then on screen said restart or advance option which i did the screen then had fault code 0xcoooo21a and i does not restart or get the home page any help please
