hi, I have an overheating problem with my laptop.  I think that issue was from the begining (2 years ago) when I bought it but couldn't realise it untill some one more expert than me told me and dowloaded an app to monitor heating and now I see that when I start windows the laptop reaches 70 degrees and then fans are working and heat goes down and then again heats at 80 degrees just with no reason at all!!   I mean I only browsing on the internet and don't run any heavy programs that may cause this.

My laptop model is hp pavilion 15-cs300Inv.

Any suggestions??

I have found a similar case in this forum and about changing power settings - processor power management - change maximum processor state from 100% to 99%.  Do you  think that this is also going to help my case?
