laptop speed goes down to 0.39 ghz after power goes down below 60 percent and from there it is hell

Hello forum

              i brought hp-au008tx  and it got the problem that when  the power goes below 60 percent even to 59 then the laptop will run at 0.39ghz speed only  how hard i try it will never get above it and  when i try to instal l the latest version of bios that is F.55 released on july 2020 it is showing not compatible with my system, it works fine on when plugged with ac adapter but when running on battery its showing me hell and this speed issue is strictly prevalent for most of the hp laptops and please help me

HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook

1. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.

   

2. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.

   

3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.

4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.

5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Also ensure Windows is up to date.

Select the Start  button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available

No I have tried this long back sir it is not helping me I have tried updating all updates it didn't help me at all

The Notebook is trying to maximize the battery backup and thus reducing the performance

You could try changing the performance plan in Windows
