le pc ne se met pas en français entièremment même après avoir changé les paramètres de langues

bonjour, j'ai un problème avec mon pc Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb2032nf (AM1R9EA) que j'ai acheté en france car je l'ai emmené à réparer en Uruguay à cause d'un problème de software, il a été réinitialisé, mais maintenant lorsque je remets la langue en français, certaines choses du pc ne se remettent pas en français et restent en espagnol, notemment les paramètres. Commet je peux faire pour changer cela?

apres avoir mis tous les paramètres de langue en francais je me suis déconnecté puis reconnecté mais la langue ne change quand meme pas comme vous pouvez le voir tout est écrit en espagnol sur la photo.

I recommend that you use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will return the drive to its 'out of the box' condition, which means everything should be in French.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
