I factory reset and lost everything

Thank you for reaching out. Regarding your query I factory reset and lost everything that you’re experiencing.

 

Kindly review the instructions as below :

- We at HP do not encourage using 3rd party accessories or devices , hardware upgrades unless advised in any form of hp documentation

- Find all relevant guides and drivers from the support page here on best effort basis with the limited details that we have about the device  -

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 - while you have stated during the reset you lost everything , you are expected to lose complete data performing this step
