my laptop is brand new litrally turned it on a couple of times then get a pop up alert error code 0x8024402c  & to ring microsoft01215120016 & did but didnt seem right so ended call & googled microsoft number 03448002400 so thought it would be genuine gave her access to my screen BUT now very worried it was also a scam. can anyone please give me some advice
