Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have received my hp laptop with pre intalled ms office home and student 2021and i have already activated it but why hp  support assistant operating system diagonistic shows ms office not installed.

Recommendation and solution

 

It doesn't matter if HP Support Assistant detects the application MS Office or not. What matters is that you enable <optional Windows Updates> so that Microsoft Office can benefit from it, that's all.
