Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my hp keeps crashing and not working properly, it's very slow and it's almost new. I had this problem less than a month after I bought it, I have always tried to solve the problem but without success. It does not support almost all apps, is there a solution? I still have the warranty, could they change it for a more optimal one ?

The HP warranty program only covers REPAIRS for faulty hardware; it does not cover exchanges for different models or for upgraded versions.
