my laptop suddenly freezes (my curson would move but i can't click etc....) and if I'm not lucky enough it would give me a bsod with an error code of kernel_data_inpage_error and sometimes it boots but sometimes after it gives me the bsod it tells me "boot device not found" and sometimes when it freezes it becomes normal again

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is freezing, and you are getting bluescreen errors.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp93001-93500/sp93115.exe
Intel: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72370.exe
Nvidia: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp85001-85500/sp85045.exe
If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article and run a system test on the computer.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Did you update the BIOS?
Meanwhile, I recommend you install all the Windows updates and check if it helps.
Here is how it is done.
- Select the Start (Windows) button from the bottom-left corner.
- Go to settings (gear icon).
- Select the Update and Security icon.
- Choose Windows Update tab in the sidebar (Circular arrows)
- Select Check for updates. If there is an available update, it will begin downloading automatically.

I did update the BIOS but while it was uploading the fans were spinning so fast and there was a loud noise coming from it, is that normal when updating the bios?
also unfortunately, I still get the BSOD's, freezes and the "boot device not found" thing.

I recommend you contact support to further diagnose the issue.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Cheers!

I have an update:
in the first day when I updated bios it still didn't fix my problem but yesterday, I used the laptop for the entire day and didn't crash once, freeze or didn't boot!
it seems to work but I still have to use it for some days so I can make sure it works
