Hi @Jxlia684,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
It looks like your HP mouse model H3T51AA stopped pairing after a recent automatic Windows 11 update. This can happen due to driver conflicts or Bluetooth settings being reset during updates
Here are some steps you can try to fix the issue:
1. Check Bluetooth Settings
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Click “Add device” and try to pair the mouse again.
2. Put the Mouse in Pairing Mode
- Refer to the mouse’s manual to ensure it’s in pairing mode.
- Usually, holding down a button (often the power or connect button) for a few seconds does this.
3. Remove and Re-Pair the Device
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
- Find the mouse, click on it, and choose “Remove device”.
- Restart your laptop.
- Try pairing the mouse again.
4. Update or Reinstall Drivers
- Open Device Manager (Win + X > Device Manager).
- Expand Bluetooth mice and other pointing devices.
- Right-click your mouse or Bluetooth adapter and choose “Update driver”.
- If that doesn’t work, try “Uninstall device”, then restart your laptop to reinstall it automatically.
5. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics
- HP provides a built-in tool to check for hardware issues.
- You can access it by pressing Esc during startup and selecting HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
- Alternatively, download it from HP’s support site: HP PCs - Troubleshooting wireless mouse issues | HP® Support
6. Try Another USB Port or Computer
- If your mouse uses a USB receiver, try plugging it into a different port.
- Test the mouse on another computer to rule out hardware failure.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
