Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Ever since my laptop went blank and the caps lock started blinking, I was told it was a BIOS error and I was asked to update, which I did, but unfortunately my OS wasn't listed, so I chose Windows 10 since it was closest to Windows 11, but after the BIOS update, my laptop doesn't seem to recognise my SSD in it, and now all it says is "hard drive not detected; please install an OS."
Please i need help
