@Andreamt,Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you're referring to needing a file for a BIOS update or firmware related to the HP 14-cf2062la, you would typically find these files on the HP support website. Here's how you can locate them:

Visit the HP Support Website: Go to support.hp.com.

Enter Your Product Details: Use the search bar to enter your model number (HP 14-cf2062la) to access the support page specific to your device.

Select Drivers & Downloads: Once on the product page, navigate to the "Software and drivers" section.

Choose Your Operating System: If prompted, select the correct operating system you're using.

Look for BIOS/Firmware Updates: Under the available downloads, check the BIOS section for the .bin file or any firmware update.

It’s important to ensure that any BIOS updates are done cautiously, as incorrect updates can affect your device’s functionality.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
