Did you signed in into windows using Microsoft account?

  1. if yes then visit
  2. https://account.microsoft.com/account
  3. and click on forgot password link.
  4. Change the password.
  5. Connect your notebook to the internet.
  6. Wait for few minutes and let windows sync your new Administrator password.
  7. Now enter your new administrator password.

If you are not signed in with Microsoft account then you need to reinstall windows.

Follow these simple steps

  1. Back up everything from C drive.
  2. Shut down your notebook.
  3. Press f11 on startup. [Keep pressing f11 repeatedly as soon as you press power button to start your notebook]
  4. Select troubleshoot.
  5. Select Recovery manager.
  6. Follow on screen instructions.

Good luck.
