Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm in a reboot loop and when I try to re-install Windows on the C: I get the message: Windows cannot be installed to this disk. the disk may fail soon...

Get a new hard disk to replace the "going to fail soon HDD"

Get your Windows product key from underneath your battery / inside laptop cover panel.

 

Alternatively, contact HP for more help or purchase a valid Windows 10 license copy to install.
