It originally came with W10 Home in S-mode.

The notebook can also run the regular version of W10 or W11.

W10 goes out of support next month.

If you need to reinstall W10 or W11, you can download either OS from the links below and make a bootable USB Windows installation flash drive with the media creation tool.

Boot from the USB installation media, install Windows and after Windows has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the support page at the link below.

You would not be able to reinstall the original W10 Home-S mode.

That can only be reinstalled with the factory HP recovery media which is no longer available for your notebook.
