just got new chrome book having trouble getting the network to connect properly and can only sign in as guest

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Chromebook x360  with no network. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

  • Step 1: Remove external devices
  • Step 2: Perform a hard reset
  • Step 3: Perform a system recovery 
    Click here to complete the troubleshooting steps. HP Chromebooks - Chromebook Operating System Does Not Load (Chrome OS)
