not working at all

hp stream model 13-C110NR
so my laptio screen it broken so i usually hook it up to my hdmi and it works perfectly fine well i decided to restart my whole conouter and during the process i couldn’t see the percentage of where the process was at and decided to press ctrl alt delete to see if it would do anything and now all my laptop does is when it’s turned on it stats on then goes to a black screen every minute or so and when connected to hdmi says no signal
