Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Just tried to turn my laptop on and it requests "administrator password or power on password" . I tried to enter the password of the only account of the PC but it says it's wrong...i never changed my password nor the security options why is this happening all of a sudden? How can I use again my PC?

Hi,

 

At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - post back with this code.
