HP Recommended
Product: HP laptop 14am100ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I'm playing some energy-consuming games, suddenly I see the blue screen where it's written "Blocking". After that my laptop is turning off.The laptop is charging at  that moment and has around 90-100 percent of charging. I didn't find a solution on the Internet, so I'm applying here.
