Product: HP OMEN Laptop 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I do the "Fresh Start" option in settings i go though the whole process and at the end it says "Something went wrong, no changes were made". What could possibly be doing this and how can I fix it?

Hi, you can refer to this article: Quickly remove there was a problem in resetting your computer. As mentioned in this article, if the regular methods cannot fix this issue, you can do a fresh install.
