Hello, when I want to reset the laptop to the factory settings I get an error message "Recovery environment not found"
I made the hidden partitions visible and looked inside.
A recovery (folder 3 bytes)
A HPRERMTH.flg (file 67 bytes)
A Recovery (empty note)
Something is missing here or what I have to do

Hi:
What I suggest you do is using another Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive, make bootable recovery media using the HP cloud recovery tool.
That tool will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

HP just calls it that.
You are basically downloading the same recovery partition you have now, except it is in bootable USB format.
It is like buying a USB recovery drive from HP.
If you read the information on the link I posted, it explains all of this.
