Resetting a Win10 laptop will not make it run faster; just the opposite! Resetting it will cause Windows Update to start up again, to bring your Win10 version up to date, and that will practically bring the laptop to a halt.
How old is the PC?
And, how long has it been running slow?
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
