I would like to restore my 

HP Pavilion x360 - 11m-ad113dx back to its original factory settings.

How might I do this?

Hi:

 

If there is no F11 recovery manager option to factory reset the notebook, you can make a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility. 

 

You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this and another PC running W7 64 bit or newer if your notebook is not working.
