Spectre 36, i got problem with my screen. there are vertical traits with colours blue yellow and red on my screen and i don't know how to delete this.

Hi,

This usually indicates that the screen has failed and needs to be replaced.

Is the image "clean" on an external monitor/TV?

Do the lines change when you move the screen?

Can you post a picture and also provide the exact model or product number

model

Yes the lines move when i move the mouse. And the lines go and come again from time to time.  when i run the PC, 15 min the lines go and 2 min its comes again
