Product: HP Laptop 15-bs1xx

My screen is lagging specifically when I move from 1 tab to other one in chrome. It takes too much time going from one tab to other but when it moves to another opened tab, it won't go back to another. But my mouse is working and it will only let me minimize or close the whole chrome with all tabs or open applications in it. When it closes the whole chrome it does not open it back up and will take too much time to open chrome back that I would have to restart my laptop sometimes. I will appreciate help in this matter. thanks
