HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Four year old HP lap top. 15-bwo76 au. 3168N6W. 251516.  Never been in the shop. Never had any up grades, add on etc   One lady owner, hardly used. 

Turn computer on the HP will blink on and off for about four times then the screen will show multi coloured vertical stripes.

No cursor, nothing, will not boot up.
