Hi,
I have an Envy 15 k020 us laptop and recently I am experiencing some problems in connecting to a network. So I ran the system fast test and it failed in short drive test.
The failure code given is "GTWFSW-7M09KW-RXJ16K-60VE13".
And also the battery test was cancelled. What could that mean?
It requested to replace the hard drive. Is there any other way?
Can you please help me in this regard?

Hello,
Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.
- Your PC (PC model) may be eligable for free battery and AC power adapter/charger replacement. Please, check this article and follow the instructions>> https://h30686.www3.hp.com/?lang=en-US
- The hard disk drive has failed, too. However, since the PC is out of warranty, you will need to buy and replace the disk on your own (for for free by HP). Check the TKB article about such issues >> https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebooks-Knowledge-Base/Storage-Hard-Disk-Drive-corruption-and-replac...
You can buy HDD or SSD from online or local tech stores, and replace it on your own or contact HP Authorized Service center for assitance. Refer to the product model service manual (page 66/76) >> http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04409752
Last part - once you replace the faulty HDD component - you will need to reinstall back your operating system
Let me know how it goes
