Product: Pavillion Model 15-ab223cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I performed a factory restore from the internal restore utility and partition.  Everything went perfectly until the final reboot.  Now the laptop is stuck at boot-up: first the HP logo appears, then the "circling balls" appear for a few seconds, then the PC resets, screen goes blank for a few seconds, and the loop starts again.
