I have done everything to get the factory image to install. I get in a blue box;

A configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module)

Warning: Clearing erases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keys.

Press YES to clear the TPM

Press NO to reject this change and continue.

Pressing neither works.  I believe the touch screen driver is not loaded.  How do I continue?

@GurooMuzamil, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like you're encountering an issue during a factory reset or installation process where you're being prompted to clear the TPM (Trusted Platform Module). The TPM stores sensitive data like encryption keys, and clearing it can cause data loss if you had any encrypted data or keys stored on it.

However, since you mentioned that pressing neither option works, it seems like the system may be having a problem with input or the touchscreen, as you believe the touchscreen driver is not loaded. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Use Keyboard Instead of Touchscreen

  • If you can’t interact with the screen or the touchscreen isn’t working, try using the keyboard instead.
  • Tab: Use the Tab key to navigate between options.
  • Enter: Press Enter to select the highlighted option.
  • Arrow keys: Use the arrow keys to select "YES" or "NO."

Try selecting "YES" or "NO" using the keyboard to see if that works.

Let me know how it goes.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
