Hello, I am seeking information on how to obtain a system recovery cd or usb for my 15-bs112ng.
I cant seem to locate it on the hp official site.

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, a recovery kit does not exist for your notebook.

 

You can reinstall W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
