Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

version 1903 to 1909 update errored Fail : 0xc1900101

version 1809 to 1903 update errored Fail : 0x80240034

* Continues to fail on uicciso.dll  Cisco? 

Stopped A/v, Firewall, and Defender, trying for 4th time 1809 to whichever ..1903/1909

This 15-ac143WM is out of service.. It should have support, it lives still. 

What about future Windows updates/upgrades on this laptop???

17763.1039 1809 win10 x64  ~ Current, needed.  In May the build goes off MS Support.

I'm not buying a new laptop for this Windows Servicing plan.

Hi:

 

If you can't update to a newer build, I recommend you clean install W10 using the media creation tool at the link below to clean install v1909.  Make the bootable USB installer.

After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Prior to clean installing W10, back up any files you need to save onto a portable hard drive and have any program installation files/keys you need available for reinstallation.

 

You will not need the W10 Home product key, as that is in the BIOS and the W10 installer will automatically pick up the key.
