Hi @HALLOWEEN1234,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP Pavilion 15-cs2111nl is having issues where USB ports, Bluetooth, and the camera are not working on Windows 11. Let’s go through a few steps to troubleshoot this.

Power Cycle the Laptop

Shut down the laptop completely.

Disconnect any peripherals and the power adapter.

Press and hold the power button for 15–20 seconds to drain residual power.

Reconnect power and boot the laptop.

Check Device Manager

Press Win + X → Device Manager.

Look for Universal Serial Bus controllers, Bluetooth, and Imaging devices (Camera).

If any devices have a yellow exclamation mark or are missing, note them.

Enable Devices in BIOS/UEFI

Restart the laptop and press Esc or F10 to enter BIOS/UEFI.

Navigate to Device Configuration / Integrated Peripherals.

Ensure USB ports, Bluetooth, and Camera are enabled.

Save changes and exit BIOS.

Update or Reinstall Drivers

Go to Settings → Windows Update → Optional Updates and install any hardware drivers.

Alternatively, download the latest drivers from HP Support Assistant.

If a device is missing in Device Manager, try Action → Scan for hardware changes after driver installation.

Run Windows Hardware Troubleshooter

Go to Settings → System → Troubleshoot → Other troubleshooters.

Run the Hardware and Devices, Bluetooth, and Camera troubleshooters.

Check Windows Privacy Settings

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and make sure apps have access.

Similarly, check Bluetooth settings under Devices.

Reset or Restore Windows (Optional)

If none of the above works, consider performing a Windows Reset / Fresh Start to restore missing drivers.

Backup your data before doing this.

I hope this helps.
