Product: Note book-14 cm0503s

Note book has not really been used much, about 1 year old, so cable etc and port in good condition.  have noticed on and off that it did not charge.

  • When you connect the charger to the computer lights are on or Off?
  • Have you tried with different wall outlets and checked?
  • Please touch the power adapter( Brick type) Is it warm or cold? 

 

Please click the link to power reset your computer.

 

Please perform the component test of the hardware component and check.
