i own a HP pav dv7  and i have pre-installed window 7 software.  i cannot boot my computer and my computer come out with a boot/bcd error message.  i need a link that i can download a window 7 installation software. please give me a link.

If you can clearly read all 25 character product activation key printed on the COA sticker, you could also try the solution given by Paul Tikkanen in this thread to download and clean install windows 7 :

Get the exact version of Windows including 32 or 64 bit correctly.

I can clearly read the 25 character but my computer come with an OEM version of window 7, I cannot find a way to download a recovery disk from the internet? I do not know why HP website do not have a downloadable link?

No downloadable link anywhere. You cannot download them. Order recovery USB from HP directly.

Else you can try my suggestions.
