I don't understand your question -- if you are asking for HP Win7 install media you are out of luck as HP has not carried that for some time now.

That's most likely because a 2TB drive is generally formatted MBR, while a 4TB drive must be formatted GPT, and the second requires the PC to be using UEFI mode, not BIOS mode. So the two are not interchangeable.
