Due to HDD crash I need to replace the HDD. Want to get the Windows 8.1 Home & Single OEM for

HP Notebook - 15-ac047tu (M9V07PA#ACJ ) product

HP Recommended

Microsoft has removed the link to download W8.1, and I have been unable to find a legitimate source where you can safely download W8.1.

 

HP will not have recovery media for a notebook that old.
