Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

recently i had problem with my laptop and as it was under warranty i sent it to HP service. I had windows 11 and the language was in english. they changed mainboard and ram and sent it back to me with windows 10 and language was in turkish. I upgraded to windows 11 but i cannot change the language to english. what do you suggest?

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop PC cannot change the language.  

 

I have a few recommendations 

 

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

To change the Windows 11 default language, use these steps:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click on Time & language.
  3. Click the Language & region page in the right side.
  4. Under the "Language" section, click the Add a language button for the "Preferred languages" setting.
  5. Search for the new language.
  6. Select the language.
