i want to know what year the Hp pavilion 14 e3064 was manufactured.

Hi:

 

Look at the 4th character from the left on the serial number.  It will be a 0 - 9.

 

The number you see there is the year the notebook was made.

 

For example if the number is a 5, it was made in 2015.  If it is a 6, then it was made in 2016.

The next 2 numbers to the right of the 0 is the calendar week of the year it was made.  Would be 01 - 52.
