Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Не получается на сайте поддержки найти руководство и дрова по данной модели: HP Omen 15-en0027ur

Так же не отзывается клавиша Omen для вызова Omen command center

И так же нажимая на клавишу калькулятора, выдает такой вот текст: "Вам понадобится новое приложение, Чтобы открыть эту ссылку ms-calculator"

Такие вот дела, кто в этом понимает, подскажите пожалуйста, что с этим делать?
