Product: HP Pavilion 17-e157er (ENERGY STAR)

Здравствуйте на моём ноутбуке слишком медленно крутится кулер поэтому ноутбук греется есть ли программа чтобы изменить скорость вращения  и когда я захожу в биос он быстро крутится и когда включаю ноутбук но после полного включения крутится медленно помогите пожалуйста.
