HP Pavilion 13 Laptop PC 13-bb1000 (436R0AV)

I bought HP 1 Yr Post Warranty Plan for my laptop on 10/30. I received several emails. But my laptop still shows warranty expired.

After I clicked "Dispute Warranty" button, it said HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable.
