After a Windows 10 update and reboot, I received an error message. AccelerometerSt.exe could not proceed in code because it could not find vcruntime140.dll I checked my computer and could not find it either. The executable is for Hp 3D Driveguard version 6.0.28.1 I removed and reinstalled Driveguard but it did not fix the problem. I either need a newer version of Driveguard or the file vcruntime140.dll Can you provide either?

Hi:
Try the latest version of the 3D driveguard software. That usually fixes the problem...
Receives notifications from the integrated accelerometer and automatically parks the hard drive to reduce the risk of damage if the PC is accidentally dropped.
6.0.41.1 Rev.A
