Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. I understand from your post that you have an HP Notebook - 15-ac138nia and the AMD drivers do not get installed. An error code 43 appears. I'd like to help you with this case.
The error code 43 may appear because of some compatibility issues between Windows and AMD drivers. Could you remember when was the last time it worked fine and if any changes took place after which this issue started?
Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the below steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a solution:
- Download and run the AMD Clean Uninstall Utility to remove any previous AMD drivers/files.
- Post uninstalling the AMD drivers, please download and install the compatible AMD drivers from this link: http://hp.care/2hYNfqH.

Thanks for your help. i am facing this issue since i am purchased this laptop . i got many time blue screen regarding the display driver issue and it wil shut down automactically but now its getting worser and i tried your step in previous mail now its showing the device installed properly but still sometimes i am getting pop up message that your Radeon graphics stopped working...please suggest me

Meanwhile, please try running a test on the video:
Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
Turn on the computer and immediately press the F2 key repeatedly, about once every second.
The HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu is displayed.
- Select Component tests.
- Select Video. his test includes 3 tests of the video hardware on your computer. Select one of the following tests, then click Run Once.
Video Memory Fast Check - 3 minute video memory test
Video Memory Check - 20 minute memory test
Palette Check - 1 minute test of the three video color components. Follow the on-screen instructions during the test.

I have getting only for option in HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS UEFI
Hard disk check
I tried both memory and hardware and for both test is passed ..I cannot able to find many option which in ur previous mail .suggest me ..
Bios version is 184.108.40.206
