Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ed0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been having the most annoying issue for the last two weeks. I cannot get access to anything I connect USB. Ive tried connecting a USB storage drive and it shows "Access Denied". I tried updating the permissions but that doesn't seem to work either. I have also been desperately needing my CD player adapter to work and I am having the same issue. I have walked through the steps several times and nothing has worked so far. I have no idea how to fix this. 

 

If anyone could fix this you would be a lifesaver!!
