Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have somehow accidently deleted some drivers, and I believe one of those is the webcam. When I try to access it, I get an error message - below.

Device manager also doesn't show any image/webcam options:

I really need to get the webcam working. Any ideas?

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
